Send a message to info@canaanusa.org from the address you created your account with, saying that you want it deleted. Using your registered email is what lets us confirm the request is yours.

Delete your account
You can delete your Canaan Church account and all the personal information tied to it whenever you want. Here is how to do it and what gets removed.
How to request it
We confirm your identity
If we need to verify anything else, we will reply to that same email. We never ask for your password.
We delete your account
We process the request within 30 days and email you once it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile: name, contact details, date of birth, country, city, and address
- Your marital status, your spouse link, and the children or dependents you registered
- Your baptism and discipleship status
- The devices registered to receive notifications
What we keep
We keep the accounting record of donations and paid registrations, because the law requires us to. That record is detached from your profile and is never used to contact you.
From the mobile app
If you installed the app, uninstalling it stops notifications but does not delete your account. To delete it, follow the steps on this page.
